Prepare to be amazed! The volcanic landscapes and fauna are equally captivating, promising delightful encounters on every dive. Gran Canaria’s underwater realm is teeming with life. Keep an eye out for:

• Colorful Reef Fish: From parrotfish to damselfish, the reefs are alive with vibrant hues. Big schools of Dreamfish and “Roncadores”.
• Octopi: Masters of camouflage, they blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
• Rays: Stingrays, Bullrays, Eaglerays, Butterflyrays…. pick one!
• Angel Sharks: These gentle creatures often rest on sandy bottoms on when water temperature is below 21°Cdegrees.
• Moray Eels: Their curious faces peek out from rocky crevices.

• Water Temperature: Varies between 18°C and 25°C, with the warmest months being September and October.
• Weather: Gran Canaria enjoys a sub-tropical climate, allowing year-round diving in wetsuits. Expect sunshine but windy days.

After a single dive you should be waiting 12 hours. If you have done 2 consecutive dives you should not be flying before 18 hours.
If you have done 3 dives during the same day, wait at least 24 hours from your last dive.

Absolutely! Gran Canaria offers a variety of dive sites suitable for beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you through safe and enjoyable dives. Whether you’re a novice or an advanced diver, there’s something for everyone.

Our Try Scuba program is perfect for first-timers. Under the guidance of our qualified instructors, you’ll experience the magic of breathing underwater in confined water. By the end of this short course, you’ll earn your SSI Try Scuba recognition card and likely want to explore more. It’s where your scuba journey begins!

Remember, every dive with Brothers Diving is a chance to explore, learn, and connect with the ocean. We look forward to welcoming you to our underwater family! 

• • Start Time: Our diving day normally kicks off at 8:00 am. We meet, we chat, we fill paperwork and prepare the gear before driving to the dive site. If you need a pick up within Maspalomas area, we’ll collect you free of charge.
  • Dive Sites: We don’t make plans much in advance. We check weather conditions and we choose the best spot to dive from the shore. If you want to dive from the boat we can arange it with some notice.
  • Duration: We do 2 dives in the morning with roughly 1 hour surface interval. Expect to be back at the diving center around 13:30.
